Question: Does cytosport muscle milk contain any creatine? (Posted by: m05twanted88 on 2009-09-10 09:52:06) I do not want to use creatine at all. But in the Muscle Milk this is what it states.. CREATINE GCC- HELP SUPPORT YOUR BODY'SOWN CREATINE PRODUCTION We discovered a revolutionary method to increaseyour body's own production of muscle energy critical creatine. These creatine factors help your body to produce more creatine than normal. Creatine supplements are good, but so is your body's making more of its own. So im confused.. Is this natural creatine or does it still store water like every other creatine? Please help. I'm confused, I heard muscle milk works great but concerned if it actually contains that creatine that I don't want. |

Posted by: sarge927 on 2009-09-10, 09:59:11 I have read the ingredient list and the Muscle Milk I have seen does not contain creatine. Apparently their claim is that Muscle Milk has something else in it that makes your body produce more creatine than normal. No idea if that's true. TIP: If you use Muscle Milk, drink more water. Increased protein intake makes your kidneys work harder but is not harmful as long as you're properly hydrated. |
